Before your new purchase arrives, Love TV will remove it from its box and inspect it to make sure it is in perfect condition. This will prevent you from having any unwanted surprises. We will perform any assembly if it is required. Since most quality TV's today are 'Smart' and require at least one initial software update (often taking up to an hour), we will install the latest software updates to the most current version. All of these things will save installation time.

  • Please allow space for our delivery van to park nearest to your entry.
  • Please provide a clear path to where you would like your item installed.
  • Please have all of your devices to be connected and their remote controls handy.
  • Please have all your login information available for setup. This includes WiFi SSID, Gmail Login, Netflix Login, Hulu Login, Amazon Login and any additional logins.
  • Also, know ahead of time how you would like to receive your Product Protection Plan (via email or postal mail).
